Also look in the right bit of the base building menu - there are separate sections for portable techs like the small refiner, but the medium and large refiners are in the 'permanent' tech section with the teleport ring, health and life support restorers, landing pads etc (if you have unlocked them).Aug 10, 2018 · No combo gives Deuterium.
